Formalities : Registration of a Branch
Your registered office is abroad and you want a branch in France ?
We suggest you to complete the registration formalities of your Branch in order to simplify administrative procedures.
The phrase "Registration of a Branch includes :
Formalities costs
- statements with the administrative formalities (CFE)
- administrative declarations from the Registry
- the application is submitted to the CFE and the Registry
- CFE costs and Registry expenses
- the delivery of the Certificate of Registration of the Branch
Parts to provide :
- copy of the identity of the person in charge in France
- a registration of the Company, translated if necessary in French
- the foreign company statutes translated if necessary in French
- for the Manager who does not belong to one of the following countries :
Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Island, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovak Republic, Spain, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom.
- If the manager lives in France, a copy of residence permit is required.
- If the manager does not reside in France, A certificate of temporary registration is necessary except for Bulgaria and Romania.
